Dieses Haus mit vier Ferienapartments liegt am Berghang Ucka über dem Luftkurort Lovran, drei Kilometer vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Dank dieser Lage haben Sie einen tollen Panoramablick hinunter auf die Bucht und das Meer.
Alle Appartements haben Sat.-TV, Radio und einen unbegrenzten, gebührenfreien Internetzugang. Außerdem verfügen alle Appartements über eine Klimaanlage mit Kalt- / Warmfunktion.

Beim Anblick von schönen, alten Villen und viel Grün fühlt man sich wie in der Toskana. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Verkehr auf der hinter dem Haus liegenden Sackgasse. Der berühmte Lungomare, eine acht Kilometer lange Uferpromenade, beginnt in Lovran und endet in Volosko bei Opatija. Die Wasserqualität ist top, Schnorcheln und Tauchen sind ein Muss. Ausflüge auf den 1400 Meter hohen Berg Ucka oder mit dem Schiff nach Krk / Cres und sogar Venedig, sind problemlos möglich und eine interessante Abwechslung.

The bedroom has a double bed (180cm x 200cm) and there is a pull-out sofa bed (150cm x 210 cm) in the living room, which also has a dining table for four people. The kitchen is equipped with cooking rings, a fridge, coffee machine, pans, crockery and cutlery for five people. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. This apartment has an air conditioning unit with a cooling and heating function in the living room.
