Holiday home 250m from the beach with Internet

The standig individually holiday home, built in 2000 and renovated in 2019 is rustic furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Balatonlelle. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

    “Haus in relativ gutem Zustand und in Strandnähe. Alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ausstattung zweckmäßig. Es fehlten jedoch einige Utensilien, die für Selbstversorger nicht unwichtig sind, wie Bratpfanne, Rührgeräte, ein Staubsauger wäre schön gewesen.
