Luxurious chalet apartment with a big roof terrace, very close to the ski resort

The comfortable apartment is right by the cable car and the Hochbrixen skiing piste, in a quiet location. In winter you can access the piste directly from the apartment (ski in ski out).

The apartment provides a modern, but cosy atmosphere. Each bedroom has a double box spring bed (160 x 2) and a reading lamp. Two of the bedrooms also have a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a USB port. The two bathrooms each have a big shower and a rustic stone washbasin, and there is a urinal for male guests. The bathroom also has a shower hose for Kneipp treatments. The stylish bath is positioned somewhat divided off from the 20m² main bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave (all good makes), a toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and mixer. The living room provides a cosy leather suite and a TV corner for the whole family, on the first floor. It also has a big table with eight chairs for sociable meals and gatherings. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee. The whole apartment has under-floor heating. It is a non-smoking apartment.

The big roof terrace measuring more than 90m² is for the use of all guests in the house. Deckchairs, a parasol and seating are provided. The garage, opened electronically, can be used for a fee. All the other parking spaces by the house are free.

A bread rolls delivery service is available. You simply order the day before from an order list and the next morning the baker delivers directly to your apartment (including on Sunday).

Nearby you can find two sports shops, several cafés, après-ski bars and international and regional restaurants. In winter the ski piste is right on the doorstep and in summer you can enjoy the natural swimming lake, tennis courts, the fishing lake and the sports ground within five minutes of the accommodation. There are two cable cars with access to 96 lifts within 200 metres.

    “Der Urlaub in diesem Domizil ist einfach Erholung pur und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
    Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder Positiv: Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, sauber und toll geschnitten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und aufmerksam. Rundherum ein wunderschönes Domizil Negativ: Es gab nichts auszusetzen Restaurant: Massimo - kleiner ital Restaurant, dass Essen ist einfach super”

    “Wohnung wunderschön, hochwertig und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Essbereich im 1. Stock, Küche im Erdgeschoß. Man muß also alles hochtragen, was bei mehreren Bewohnern kein Problem sein sollte. Einstieg zur Piste nur 50 m entfernt. Man muß dann nur über eine Wiese fahren und ist auf der Piste zur Talabfahrt. Laufen zur Talstation ca. 250 m. Es geht allerdings etwas bergig zu. Skikeller außerhalb des Hauses neben der Garage. Sehr gut beheizt.
    Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. (Wir hatten die Luxuswohnung Almhütte - 3 DZ - 2 Bäder)
    Die morgentlichen Brötchen muß man selbst holen.”

    “wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Die luxuriöse Ausstattung läßt keinen Wunsch offen. Man hat das Gefühl allein in einem eigenen Haus zu sein, da es einen eigenen Eingang hat und man nichts von den Nachbarn hört (optimale Dämmung zwischen den Wohnungen. Besonders Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer sind geeignet sich wie im Wellness-Urlaub zu. Die Aussicht von der Wohnimmerterrasse geht über Brixen hinweg, wundervoll!
    Man schnall die Ski an und fährt gerade runter zur Gondelstation, die einen dann in die Berge bringt. Dort sind auch Ski Verleih und Lebensmittelgeschäft.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr schön, mit ausreichend Platz für uns 6 Erwachsene.
    Die Schlafzimmer, alle 3 ziemlich identisch, waren nett eingerichtet, das große Badezimmer war eine Wellnessoase und das Wohn Esszimmer im oberen Bereich war sehr hell und freundlich mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht
    Lage zum Lift und Skihang war ebenfalls super
    Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub”
