Property is detached with private decking area and garden.
Decking has bench, table/chairs and charcoal barbecue.
Garden area has picnic bench, washing line, bottle cooler (stream) and chicken house/run (collect your own eggs).
Please note that garden is not enclosed for dogs.

The beach is about 400 metres away. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarket is approximately 2 miles away (nice walk down the beach).
