The apartment house with one-room and two-room apartments enjoys a quiet, attractive location on the edge of the Kurpark (large park including a playground) in the seaside town Breege-Juliusruh, only about a ten-minute walk from the long white sandy beach at the Baltic Sea (Schaabe) and a 10-minute walk from the Breeger Bodden.
Apart from the private terrace, you can also share use of the large garden, with several seating groups and a grill.
The building is surrounded by a large garden. All the holiday apartments have a kitchen unit with the usual appliances, a car parking space on the fenced site, a grill area, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. This apartment of around 60m² is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with a terrace, satellite TV, a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and dining corner, a bedroom next to it with a double bed 180cm wide and a bunk bed, and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC. A cot and highchair are available.
Pets are also welcome at this apartment.
