At the 150 year old farm 'Abelines Gård', which has received Europe's Nostra award, you can follow the life on a beach bailiff's farm, where stranded sailors found shelter. Birdwatchers should take their binoculars and climb the observation tower at the bird reserve 'Tipperne' at the southern end of Ringkøbing Fjord.
