Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Apartmenthaus auf der Sonneninsel Murter, am mittleren Abschnitt der Adria-Küste Kroatiens. Das Apartmenthaus befindet sich direkt am Strand.
Von der Terrasse läßt sich der herrliche Meerblick auf die Bucht und den Strand genießen. Die Terrass ist mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Sonnenschirm ausgestattet.
Vorm Haus stehen noch kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt iim Erdgeschoss des dreistöckigen Hauses. Sie bietet einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Zusatzdoppelbett, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, großes Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bette, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche / WC, einen Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage. Die Handtücher für die Wohnung sind inklusive. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen WiFi-Internetzugang.
Auf dem Festland liegt in ca. 30 km Entfernung die Stadt Šibenik mit ihrer wunderschönen Altstadt und Kathedrale sowie in ca. 50 km Entfernung die Stadt Zadar. Unweit von Šibenik erreicht man den Nationalpark Krka mit seinen Wasserfällen. Die Insel Murter ist über eine Brücke mit dem Festland verbunden und somit leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Flughäfen gibt es in Zadar und Split. In der Marina „Hramina“ und in der Marina Betina stehen Liegeplätze und eine moderne Einrichtung zur Verfügung. Durch die Nähe zum Nationalpark Kornati ist Murter ein idealer Ausgangpunkt für Ausflüge in die Inselwelt der Kornaten.
