Our family business is located at about 1050m above sea level right on the ski slope of our Hochkönig`s Winterreich ski area. An ideal starting point for inexhaustible skiing experiences in our dreamlike environment, because the skis will fasten you directly from the ski cellar and off to the slopes!
In summer we are in the middle of hiking and mountain biking area, direction "Hundstein".
Personal contact with our guests is our greatest concern when you spend the most beautiful days of the year with us.
The gifts of nature and happiness are not as rare as the art of enjoying them. And you should take this art home after your stay here with us at the Kösserhof!

Nicely furnished apartment with two separate bedrooms, entrance hall, kitchen with sofa bed, shower / WC, cable TV and balcony south side. The second bedroom is right next door, but separate outside the apartment and is additionally equipped with private bath / WC on the floor, cable TV and balcony south-facing! The kitchen has a coffee machine, water heater, sodastream kettle and hob with 2 hotplates. Bed linen, hand and bath towels and tea towels are available!
