Nestled in a wonderfully peaceful location, our spacious holiday apartments, ranging from 80-100 m², offer the perfect retreat to unwind and let your soul relax.

Our Villa:
- Harmonious Well-being: Our holiday apartments are intentionally Wi-Fi-free to create a low-radiation, restful atmosphere. For necessary internet access, wired internet is available in the entrance area. Please note that Wi-Fi boosters and personal hotspots are not permitted to ensure a high-quality relaxation experience for all guests.
- Amenities: Three apartments, each with a fireplace or tiled stove, and spacious sun terraces or balconies. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding Nock Mountains, the peaks of the Hohe Tauern, and even into nearby Italy, including the majestic Großglockner.
- Facilities: Large property with table tennis, badminton, a small sandbox, and a swing, as well as a sunny meadow for relaxation.

- Hiking in the Nock Mountains or along the Via Paradiso.
