The natural swimming pool is a small eco-sustainable lake, with a bathing area surrounded by aquatic plants and flowers that purify the water naturally. The absence of chemicals and chlorine makes the skin velvety without damaging its balance.
Moments of relaxation kissed by the warm Tuscan sun and getting lost in the panorama of the Tuscan countryside so loved by Leonardo da Vinci.

Each of the only four apartments has an independent entrance, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, living room and private garden. Their careful renovation has kept the original structure unchanged.

The very large Frangi apartment is the only one of its kind with a real oak inside the living room! It has three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with dining room and mezzanine where there is a single bed.
Outside, for the exclusive use of the apartment, a private garden overlooking the natural swimming pool equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. This apartment has direct access from the street with a private gate.

Ours is an exclusive destination of the “Destination Charging Tesla” and “Destination Charging Porsche” programme, this means that our guests with a Tesla, Porsche or any other brand vehicle can recharge their batteries for free during their stay.
In fact, we have five universal Type 2 charging stations for recharging any brand and model of electric car or plug-in hybrid.
Recharging is reserved for our guests with 100% electric vehicles and the electricity comes 100% from certified renewable sources. There is a small "charging fee" on the first charge.

60% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 28th day prior to arrival
