A mill for holidays with family or friends, at the water's edge
The Moulin de la Garenne is located on the banks of the Cérou river, which then flows into the Aveyron, in a privileged setting where calm reigns. The owner lives opposite your gite and will offer you a private concert at the end of your stay, by the swimming pool or in the tavern he himself has set up above the river.
The cottage can accommodate up to 13 people with extra beds (sofa beds).
Access to the living room on the first floor of the house by an outside staircase.
- Entrance serving the living room on the left, a shower and a separate toilet in the entrance and the kitchen on the right.
- Kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, fridge, large freezer. A dishwasher is located in the garage, on the ground floor of the house.
- Living room with dining table (benches), sofas including a sofa bed, TV.
- Upstairs are the bedrooms, as well as a convertible sofa bed above the stairs for additional sleeping:
- Two bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed
- Bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin
Large covered terrace with dining table, located in front of the owner's house.
At the end of this terrace is an independent bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a 120x190cm bed on the mezzanine. A closed toilet is in the bedroom.
On the ground floor of the house:
- Access to the garage with a room at your disposal where there is a shower, wc, sink, washing machine and dishwasher.
- On the other side of the house, independent bedroom accessible from the outside on the ground floor: 140x190cm bed and closed toilet with its sink.
SWIMMING POOL: large private area with swimming pool, pétanque court and kitchen area overlooking the gite. Access to this terrace is from the outside, bypassing the gîte about 150 meters on foot from the entrance to the house. This large outdoor space is private to the gîte, the owner cleans the swimming pool in the morning. You will find a covered terrace, a stone barbecue, an indoor kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, crockery.
Size of the swimming pool: 5x10m, progressive bottom which goes from 1 to 2 meters, swimming pool covered by a cover with bars.
You can park easily in front of the gîte, otherwise, a covered space a few meters away is at your disposal. There is no shortage of green spaces all around the gîte! The Moulin de la Garenne is located in a street where only the gîte and the owner's house are located.
A tavern has been fitted out by Gérard, on the banks of the river. This space is enclosed and provides direct access to the river. Swimming is prohibited, but fishermen will be in the right place!
