Do you like warm terracotta colours? Then you will love this villa! Once you have entered the large garden and followed the stone path down to the entrance, it is only a few steps to the attractive relaxation area with a spacious pool, sun terrace for sun-worshippers and a permanently installed barbecue with plenty of space for your meals. Up to six people plus a baby can enjoy a real dream holiday here. The greenery of the property, reminiscent of an oasis with a variety of different plants, immediately conveys a feeling of relaxation. The large covered terrace with its cosy sofa and large dining table is also extremely comfortable and an ideal place to host a garden party or simply sit out late into the night and enjoy the mild island air. The property is also perfect for a short walk to the fountain or to marvel at some of the intricate details such as the bicycle sculpture park or one of the stone statues.

Inside, natural stone walls alternate with bright and cheerful whitewashed walls. The living room, nestled under massive wooden beamed ceilings, is the ideal place to spend a few relaxing hours on the corner sofa while watching the modern TV. The green tiled kitchen next door is another opportunity to feel at home while preparing your delicacies. On the other hand, you'll be spending your holiday on a beautiful island and in a beautiful house whose interior design conveys much of the original atmosphere of rural island life. So grab your pots and pans and let your palate discover the Mallorcan way of life. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and all modern conveniences are at your disposal. Luxurious underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure that you can enjoy your holiday at the ideal temperature. The furnishings of the three cosy double bedrooms also perfectly match the antique character of the house. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds and therefore offers a variety of sleeping options. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet and a bathtub.

The house is located just 1.5 kilometres outside the charming small town of Artà, where 6,500 inhabitants enjoy the privilege of living in an authentic Mallorcan town without being encumbered by ugly hotel complexes. If you live in a real villa, you will of course enjoy the same privilege, although depending on the wind direction, the noise of a nearby country road can be heard at times. Every Tuesday there is a farmers' market in Artà - an ideal opportunity to sample some of the freshly prepared regional delicacies in the lively alleyways. Cala Ratjada is just 11 kilometres away and is the ideal place to spend a night on the town or a sophisticated day at the beach. However, beaches such as Cala Mesquida (12.5 km) are much more secluded. Son Servera, just 13.5 km away, offers an attractive infrastructure and a golf course. From the lush green Villa Na Cursunera, it is only 1.5 km to the medieval town centre of Artà, where there are numerous opportunities for culinary delights or a leisurely stroll. This region is also the perfect starting point for excursions into the interior or to the attractive east coast with its sandy beaches, such as Cala Mesquida, just 12 kilometres away.
