Seemingly in the middle of nowhere lies La Massanella, which owes its name to the second highest mountain in Mallorca (1,364 metres high). And because it's enough to make you reach for the sky, the well-kept villa lady prefers to stay completely on the ground, but is happy to grant you a view of the distant, impressive Tramuntana mountain range from the roof terrace. To get the right feel for the location, first take a close look at the last photo in our slideshow and measure in your mind's eye the short driving distance to the sea and beaches. Spiffing! as the folks from the Home Counties would say. For a family or two, everything is in just the right place; the octagonal, 1.45 metre deep pool nestled in a wooden deck and safety edge and the playful grass garden rock the property with boulders, tree shade and various swings. Although the sun loungers have no roof, there is a canopy over them. The house terrace, on the other hand, is covered and thus offers you a dining and lounge area with comfortable, modern garden furniture and a gas barbecue. How about simply reaching the pinnacle of relaxation with Massanella?

Then let us show you the most beautiful oasis of peace in this house, the master bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, walk-in wardrobe and a luxuriously equipped en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, a towel warmer and an elongated walk-in shower. This leads to the shared bathroom for the three remaining air-conditioned rooms plus a toilet consisting of a WC and washbasin. Two pairs of single beds and a further double bed cater for individual sleeping habits, but are above all functionally designed. The light-flooded living area should remain the centre of the villa alongside the terrace and garden: The sofa area is in just the right place to be able to look out over the pool through the sliding doors; the reading chair, flat-screen TV and foosball table also provide plenty of fun. The fitted kitchen, on the other hand, which looks like something straight out of a catalogue, with dishwasher, microwave and small espresso machine, promises a summer in orange and offers the opportunity to serve cool drinks, fruit and salads on the terrace where you can barbecue. What a Massanella service.

Quiet, as is typical of a rural area, but only a few kilometres from Badia d'Alcúdia with beaches such as Son Baulo and Muro: the single-storey, family-friendly Massanella, which has a pool, a lawned garden and a garden The roof terrace is located halfway between the quiet Santa Margalida with its supermarkets, cafés, cash machines and the hotspot Can Picafort. From here, you can reach the island metropolises of Inca or Manacor within half an hour for an extended city tour with a shopping spree.
