Villa on outskirts of Nerja with Private Heated Swimming pool and Jacuzzi and Private Parking

This beautiful Villa surrounded by fruit and avocado trees is located just 1.5 km away from Nerja. Burriana Beach, the largest and most famous of Nerja’s beaches, is the closest to the property.

The three bedrooms are fully air conditioned (hot/cold). There is a large living room with a television, DVD, satellite, and barbecue.

The Villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a 1.8 m jacuzzi. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with oven, cooker, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, mixer, fridge, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. An ironing board and iron are also available.

The private car park with 3 parking spaces is secured by an electric gate.

An 800 metre long path leads to the house, 100 m of which are unsurfaced and the remaining 700 m are paved. The centre of town with its restaurants and supermarkets is 1.5 km away and you find a health centre, fitness centre and tennis courts 1km away from the property.

A cot and highchair are also available.
Pets are allowed upon request.

The property also boasts a 21m² covered terrace, 8.5 m x 4 m private heated swimming pool (September to June)with integrated jacuzzi (2.2m diameter), garden furniture, six sunbeds and a sun shades.

    “House with all what you need for a good holliday. Nice private garden with view on Nerja and sea. Pool is great. You need a car to get to the place and it is bumpy. Nerja although is close by (1 km). TV (with mostly German/English channels +BVN) and internet.”
