Apartment in a historical building with a view of the Moselle

This holiday apartment is in a historical Jugendstil building at the heart of the old town of Zell an der Mosel.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor and affords a view of the Moselle. There is also a bicycle storage room that is accessible directly from the road (Moselle side). There are many car parking spaces on the other side of the road, as well as on a directly adjoining parking area.

The apartment has modern fittings. It has a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower bath. There are two bedrooms each with double beds. The cosy living room has two sofas and a TV. The high ceilings of 3.30m are typical of historical buildings. The separate built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, four-ring hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, a dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo and filter) and a dining space. A welcome wine is offered on arrival, as well as a Senseo coffee to recover from the journey. An iron and ironing board are available and there is free wireless Internet access throughout the house. The apartment features original wooden floors or natural parquet. Satellite TV/radio, a DVD player and HDMI connections are provided.

The front side affords an unobstructed view of the beautiful Moselle. The rear side of the building is at the start of the Zell pedestrian zone with a view of the vineyards of the well-known wine-growing area “Zeller schwarze Katz”.

    “Het appartement was zeer ruim en mooi opgeknapt. Bovendien was het allemaal erg schoon. Alles wat we nodig hadden was er. Handdoeken en beddngoed waren inbegrepen en de bedden netjes gedekt. Zeer ruime badkamer en twee ruime slaapkamers. Heel geschikt dus voor vier personen. Er was voldoende servies, glaswerk etc. Zelfs koffiepads, vaatwasblokjes en extra toiletpapier. De ligging was perfect : je loopt zo het voetgangersgebied in van Zell. Verderop is een gratis parking en laden en lossen kon even voor de voordeur. Vriendelijke verhuurster die veel uitleg ga. Kortom echt een hele goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.”

    “Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, dadurch ist es manchmal etwas laut (alles kann man nicht haben). Sie ist hell und geräumig. Wir haben die Wohnung mit zwei Paaren benutzt. De slaapkamers kijken uit op de Moezel.
