Modern chalet with conservatory and sauna in a panoramic position
The chalet is located at about 960 metres above sea level, in a holiday park with about 50 houses, generously distributed across a slope over Stadl an der Mur, with a view of the mountain Kreischberg.
The chalet with its 110m² of living space has a spacious, open living and dining room. The interior of the chalet is modern and of a high standard, for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove and ceramic hob, a stainless steel extractor fan, a fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee machine, for convenient self-catering. The chalet has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, and there is a spacious in-house sauna. The upper floor has three bedrooms with a total of eight beds. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has a double bed and a single bed, and the third has a bunk bed and a single bed. All the beds have standard measurements.
The living room has a comfortable sofa suite, a modern flatscreen TV and a quality stereo system. The gas stove has a glass front, so you can see the flames.
The chalet has a 50m² conservatory and a roofed terrace, framing the chalet on the north-east and south side.
Pleasant warmth is provided by under-floor heating in the bathrooms, the conservatory and the living and dining room. The living and dining room also has the fireplace stove, fired by gas. The bedrooms have additional electric radiators.
Various sports activities are available nearby, such as hiking, rafting, fishing and cycle tours. During the winter months there are many ski resorts nearby. A ski bus departs about a kilometre away. It is only a kilometre to the locality and there are shops 2km away.
