This Mediterranean villa in a warm red color and with many round arches underlining its original construction opens its doors to you on an immense plot just outside a charming village. An imposing fireplace in an 80 m² salon and an open and fully equipped kitchen, together with a partially covered terrace in the style of a ground walkway and an almost oversized fenced pool, make this property one of your most beautiful vacation destinations ever. Spacious rooms with precisely selected furnishings are distributed around the Roman staircase that takes you to a small upper floor. Beautiful tiles decorate the major part of the house, in the remaining part a tasteful parquet was laid. Callian is located a few kilometers from Fayence and not far from Cannes and the Litoral. Protected by an eletronic gate, the house is located in a rural setting a good 2 km outside the village.

    “Prachtig en zeer ruim huis met ook heel fijne buitenruimte. Heel mooi en aangenaam zwembad. Zeer proper. Toffe kamers.
    Enkele kleine minpuntjes: het fornuis (aanstekingsmechanisme) en de koffiezet werkten niet goed. Wat last van mieren in de keuken.
    Mr voor de rest was dit een huis waar je een hemelse vakantie kan beleven!”

    “Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und bietet sehr viele Utensilien. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr grosszügig und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sauber. Das Grundstück ist an einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Das Dorf ist ist etwas weiter weg im Berg und typisch französisch. Negativ: Das Haus war geputzt, aber nicht gründlich. Man muss alle seine Handtücher und Duschtücher selbst mitbringen. Die Bettwäsche erhält man gegen Aufzahlung. Muss diese aber sebst an- und abziehen. Für diesen Mietpreis sollte dies inklusive sein, v.a. die Frottierwäsche. Fazit: Wir würden dieses Objekt aber jederzeit wieder mieten.”
