Quietly situated holiday apartment with a beautiful view

This is a well-maintained little residential complex, consisting of individual residential units, each with two very spacious apartments each with three rooms. The apartments are suitable for a maximum of five people and are partially surrounded by a beautiful garden. Owing to the slightly more elevated location of the villa, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, the lovely mountains and the village of Mirtos.

This is an example of such an apartment. It provides a beautiful and colourful living room with a sitting corner, a flatscreen satellite TV, a ceiling fan and a safe. The apartment has air conditioning, use of which is payable locally. There is free wireless Internet access with your own laptop or wireless devices. A fifth person can sleep on a camp bed in the living room. The open kitchen is big and excellently equipped, including a microwave, an electric stove with four rings or a ceramic hob, an oven, a coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge with two doors and a freezer compartment, and other kitchen accessories. There are two bedrooms for a total of four people and a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The generous terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and deckchairs. In summary one can say that it is a quietly situated, beautiful apartment with three rooms, unique because of its location, the view and the furnishing.

It is 150-250 metres to shops, restaurants, the promenade and the beach, along a kind of donkey path. It is 400 metres to various amenities along the asphalted road.

    “Wij verbleven een week in huis 8 van Villa Aliki, een vrijstaand huis met 3 ruime slaapkamers, woonkamer met open keuken, twee badkamers en een heerlijk overdekt terras met uitzicht op zee naar rechts en naar de bergen op links. Het was ernstig genieten op de berg in nr. 8. We arriveerden in het donker en dat was spannend berg op met enkel licht van de huurauto, maar met de beschrijving is het gelukt. Daar troffen wij ons open huis met een welkomsbord naast de deur, we waren duidelijk welkom! Nog laat te voet weer de berg af in de hoop nog ergens iets te kunnen inkopen. Ook op zondagavond rond 22.00 uur kun je in Myrtos nog boodschappen doen, zeer gemoedelijk en vriendelijk! Het huis heeft echt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. In de avond -als de buitenverlichting uitgaat om 23.00 uur- zie je massa's sterren, neem de stretcher vh terras en ga turen! Het was zeer schoon en goed verzorgd, halverwege de week nieuwe handdoeken bezorgd, heel fijn. Het huis ligt in combinatie met andere huizen en appartementen op de berg buiten het dorp. Boodschappen etc. haal je toch het best met de auto, het ezelenpaadje hebben we uiteraard uitgeprobeerd, een uitdaging! De prijs van het huis was schappelijk voor het hoogseizoen, echt niet te duur voor het gebodene. Echt genoten! Niet te vergeten de vriendelijke eigenares Anne Marie die daaglijks de berg op kwam om hard te werken, maar ook tijd maakte voor een praatje, heel gezellig. En als laatste onze huisdieren: er wonen diverse katten op het complex die ook gevoerd en verzorgd worden. Zij hadden duidelijk de taken verdeeld, ons huis had kat 8 en 8a die als een soort tochtrol voor de voordeur lagen te wachten. Ze mogen niet binnenkomen en dat doen ze ook niet. Je kunt ervoor kiezen ze iets te voeren, maar ze worden goed verzorgd. We hebben heerlijk genoten en komen hier zeker nog eens terug.”

    “We were staying in the three bedroom house at this rental development. Everything was very good - level of cleanliness, provision of equipment and consumables (toilet paper etc), helpfulness of staff etc. My only caveat with this property is that the upstairs did not have an air conditioner, making it unbearably hot when the temperature went into the thirties, although open windows and eye shades might be an option for some.....All properties appeared to have conditioners on the ground floor.”
