The avenues along the old spa road from Altefähr to Sellin are probably in no other region as enchanting as here. It is not for nothing that the 2,000 km long 'German Avenue Road' begins at this point. Fields, red poppies and yellow rapeseed line the avenues and are a treat for the eyes. Directly on the Bäderstraße is Gustow, about 6 km behind the Rügen dam. In this small village is the Wohnpark Gustow with various apartments in small half-timbered houses. The apartments are comfortably and practically furnished and an ideal starting point for a varied vacation on Rügen. Miles of white, fine sandy beaches where you can swim, swim and laze as you please. Bathing fun is also guaranteed by the shallow, rapidly warming Bodden waters. Rügen's beaches are not only a pleasure in summer: an autumn or winter walk by the sea is wonderful. The island's castles and manor houses are nestled in parks and gardens, and numerous exhibitions and cultural events lure visitors to several locations. Leisure tips and excursion destinations: Harbor cruises on the Strelasund, guided city tours in Stralsund, maritime museum and Ozeaneum, explore the island by bike, versatile fishing grounds, bathing fun and oriental sauna world in the Hansedom in Stralsund, climbing forest in Altefähr, promenade and shopping in the fashionable seaside resort of Binz. The first floor apartments have a terrace, the other apartments in the upper floor or attic have a small balcony. For each apartment there is a parking space in the complex, and for the little ones there is a fenced playground. The pictures are examples of apartments.

    “Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Da die Wohnung zur Straße liegt, ist es mit der Nachtruhe sehr schwierig. Sehr oft wurden wir durch vorbeifahrende LKW und PKW aus den Schlaf gerissen.”
