On the 56m² ground floor there is a living room-kitchen with a TV, a double sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an adjacent bathroom with a shower and bidet. On the upper floor there are the three other bedrooms and a second bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower and a bidet. Two of the upper bedrooms open onto a 20m² balcony. All the rooms are air-conditioned.
