    “Ausstattung: Ich habe das Haus in dem Zustand vorgefunden, wie es auch im Exposé beschrieben wurde. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Das Haus ist ein sog. Rundhaus. Es gibt also noch 2 weitere Wohnungen. Allerdings ist jede Wohnung für sich inkl. Grundstück abgegrenzt. Zu der Zeit als ich dort war, waren beide Wohnungen allerdings nicht bewohnt.

    Lage:
    Crestatx ist ein reines Wohngebiet und somit etwas für Menschen, die die völlige Ruhe geniessen möchten. Da es keine direkten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt ( Entfernung ca. 4 km bis Sa Pobla) ist ein Auto erforderlich / empfehlenswert.

    Zustand:
    Die Anlage / das Haus ist sehr gepflegt.

    Alles in allem habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werde sicherlich nochmal buchen :-)”
