Beautiful Holiday House in Rerik with Private Parking

This semi-detached house provides around 120m² of living space for up to eight people plus a small child. The house was completed in November 2015 and is in the Rerik Baltic Sea holiday park, which consists of newly built holiday houses. The door is opened externally by an individual access code. The ground floor has a big living and dning room with a comfortable leather sitting corner, a fireplace stove and a big dining corner for eight people, as well as a fully-equipped, quality built-in kitchen. The living and dining room opens onto the big terrace. There is also a big shower room with a sauna. If you are not out and about, then you can enjoy satellite TV or a good film on DVD from the suite. If you are more musical, then a stereo system with a radio/CD player is available, with an iPod and USB connection. Or you can relax in front of the fireplace stove and listen to the crackling of the fire. There is a modern, fully-equipped and generous kitchen with a big fridge and freezer compartment, an induction hob, a cooker hood, a raised oven, a dishwasher, a microwave etc. The modern bathroom with an adjoining sauna consists of a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin. A double door leads out into the fresh Baltic Sea air after a visit to the sauna. The first floor has a total of three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), two bedside tables, two stools, a wardrobe and satellite TV. All the beds have adjustable slatted frames and quality mattresses and are of a comfortable height. This floor also has a lovely wellness bathroom for relaxing with a bath, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The converted attic is ideal for children, with a cabin corner with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a desk and a wardrobe, as well as a lounging corner with two bean bags and satellite TV.

There are two parking spaces one behind the other. If you have your own or hired bicycles then you can store them in a lockable bicycle shed. The big garden table for eight people invites you to enjoy sociable grill evenings, with an electric grill available. The garden is enclosed by a natural stone wall and a mesh fence (height ca. 80cm).

The house is ideal for families with children, a multigenerational holiday, a holiday with friends or colleagues, or couples seeking peace and quiet. The quality and stylish interior will ensure that your holiday is an unforgettable experience. The ground floor and upper floor are tiled throughout, while the attic is laid with vinyl. A travel bed for a small child and a highchair, children’s crockery and cutlery are available. Dogs are welcome, but are not allowed on the fabrics, the sofa or beds. A washing machine is available. Every bedroom has an insect screen in the windows that can be darkened. One of the bedrooms has a safe. Charcoal and open fires are not allowed, owing to fire safety regulations in the thatched house.

The nearby Baltic Sea cycle path is an ideal starting point for cycle tours through the beautiful Kühlung landscape. The location between the Hanseatic towns of Wismar and Rostock, as well as the nearby Kühlungsborn, offers a wide range of interesting trip options.

    “Besser ausgestattet als so mancher zuhause ist. Pico bello sauber, alles top gepflegt und wirkt brandneu. Alle Mitreisenden zwischen 29-83 Jahren waren rundum glücklich. Auch für kleine Gäste ist aber an wirklich alles gedacht (Hochstuhl, Treppengitter, Klositz...) und auch die vierbeinigen Gäste sind bedacht. (Perfekt eingezäunt, Wassernapf...)”

    “Absolut empfehlenswert….
    Würde ich immer wieder buchen. Positiv: Sehr ansprechendes Haus, schöner Terrasse, gemütliche Einrichtung, Gartenhaus für Fahrräder, Internet ist gut Negativ: Der dazu gebuchte Wäscheservice (Handtücher…) ist ein wenig knapp
    bemessen,”
