This holiday flat is located in a three storey multi family home at the heart of Praia da Luz. The 85 m² apartment accommodates up to four people on two floors. An exterior staircase grants access to the entrance on the first floor. Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the spacious living/dining room with a spacious balcony. The small, separate kitchen is adjacent to the entrance and is furnished with a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a four burner gas stove, an oven, a coffee maker and a toaster. The first floor grants access to the ground floor, where you will find the bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to a small balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom offers a shower, a toilet, sink with under sink storage and a washing machine. The living/dining room boasts seating accommodation and a television. The satellite television displays German and international television channels. The flat also offers wireless internet access. The newly installed pellet furnace can be used at a fee.

One of the apartment's highlights is the large balcony, which is accessible from the living/dining room. The large patio is furnished with a table and four chairs and a sun shade and offers stunning views over the beach and the ocean. The smaller balcony is accessible from a bedroom. Parking is available at the house.

Important information: During 2019 (estimated between mid January and end October) a villa behind this apartment is being renovated and a pool will be built. It cannot be guaranteed when this project will be completed nor can it be estimated how much noise or inconvenience this may cause to the guests of this apartment. Work is carried out Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and occasionally on Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm.

Praia de la Luz is about six kilometers west of Lagos. Cafes, restaurants and shops are located about 100 meters from the house. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach (150 meters). The beautiful sandy beach is ideal for families with children.

    “We had a wonderfull stay in the appartment.
    Paulo was most helpfull and when we had a question he immediately replied. Even before we knew that there was a problem with the tv because of a storm, he offered a solution! So 5 stars all over! Positiv: The space, the view, the cleanness and last but lot least the hospitallity and kindness of the host Paulo. Negativ: I cannot think of anything! Restaurant: Saffron - Indian restaurant in Luz. Very good!
