This country house was newly built in 2015 in the traditional architecture style of Dalmatia. It embodies a successful combination of tradition and modern comfort. The house is on the outer edge of Krka National Park. With its proximity to the gorge of the Krka River of the same name, it is ideally situated for exploring the beauty of the national park from the source of the river to its estuary. The house is ideal for guests who would like to enjoy the peace and quiet of pristine nature, whilst still being within easy access of the coast from Zadar to Split. The very spacious house provides 180m² of space with a high standard of residential comfort and fully-equipped for up to eight people. Three comfortable bedrooms each furnished with a double bed (two 160cm, one 180cm wide) ensure a good night’s sleep. It is possible to add a child’s bed to each room. Each bedroom has its own shower room and there is a further bathroom with a shower by the living room. There is a sofa bed for two people in the living room, which also includes a large dining table and an open kitchen. The modern kitchen is equipped for eight people and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas and electric stove. A flatscreen TV, free wireless Internet access, a Playstation and a DVD player are provided. There is also a 12m² fitness room with various equipment for keeping fit.
The terrace in front of the house provides a dining table and a grill. 25m² of the terrace totaling 55m² are covered. The 32m² pool is 1.40m deep and can be used from 15 May to 1 October. On the lawn around the pool there are comfortable sun loungers inviting you to relax. There is also an outdoor shower. There is parking space for four cars in the courtyard. We have also though of children and there is a playground with a swing, climbing frame and sandpit.
Two bicycles are available for use. A pet is allowed on request. The owners live in the neighbourhood and can be contacted at any time.
It is 90km to Zadar and Split, 43km to Sibenik. The house is also an ideal starting point for trips to the Kornati, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes national parks. Guests who enjoy walking can explore the trails in the surrounding Promina, Dinara and Svilaja mountains.
