Penthouse mit Meerblick und Dachterrasse

Das Penthouse liegt fußläufig zum Ortskern und der Piazza des kleinen italienischen Dorfes Pizzo.



Die Wohnung verfügt über Kapazitäten für bis zu fünf Personen. Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (2m x 1,6m) sowie über eine Kommode. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für insgesamt drei Personen durch ein Etagenbett und ein Einzelbett (1m x 90cm). Außerdem ist hier ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher, welcher jedoch nicht über einen Antennen- oder Kabelanschluss verfügt. Dieser kann jedoch mit dem dazugehörigen Blu-Ray-Player verwendet werden. Die Küche ist mit dem Wohnzimmer kombiniert und ist mit sämtlichen Küchenutensilien und einem Esstisch für bis zu fünf Personen gut ausgerüstet.



Am Anschluss an die Küche liegt ein Balkon, welcher mit einem Gasgrill und einem Esstisch für zwei Personen ausgestattet ist. Vom Balkon führt eine Wendeltreppe zur privaten Dachterrasse - von hier aus können Sie die Aussicht über das Dorf Pizzo und das Tyrrhenische Meer genießen. Von Mai bis September ist ein Teil der Dachterrasse durch eine Pergola überdacht, welche Sie in den heißen Monaten vor der Sonne schützt. Über den Dächern Pizzos finden Sie einige Sonnenliegen und Loungemöbel zum verweilen.



Klimaanlage ist teilweise vorhanden. Für Tage am Strand stehen Ihnen Sonnenstühle, ein Sonnenschirm und eine Kühltasche zur Verfügung.



Wir empfehlen Ihnen ein Auto zu mieten, da es für Sie ermöglicht, Strände und andere Ortschaften an der Kalabrischen Küste zu erkunden. Es ist jedoch auch gut möglich, Ihren Urlaub in Pizzo ohne Auto zu verbringen - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Cafés und vielzählige Gemüse- und Obsthändler sind fußläufig anzutreffen. Die Piazza, welche in ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist, bietet Ihnen insbesondere in der Sommerzeit viele Ereignisse und Aktivitäten. Hier finden Sie kleine Butiken und Restaurants.
