This holiday home is located next to the beach of Giannella (Orbetello, province of Grosseto) on ground and first floor, consisting of a large living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower on the ground floor, three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with washing basin, WC and bidet, but without shower on the first floor. Outside, the property has a large landscaped garden with outdoor shower, spacious lounge areas, barbecue and large equipped gazebo. It has its own access to the beautiful beach and the sea of Giannella. It is just 5 km from Porto Santo Stefano, one of the most beautiful villages of the Argentario. From here you can go to the island of Giglio, or enjoy the fish specialties in the local restaurants. About 20 km away is the wonderful natural park of the Maremma, with its untouched nature and beautiful beaches.
