A friendly and sincere atmosphere, a beautiful swimming pool, a tennis court, a wellness area, a fitness area and a gym, 4 thousand square meters of space in this delightful retreat.
In the heart of the quiet Salento a few kilometers from the most beautiful places to visit and discover art, culture, nature and food and wine.
Built in Lecce stone with thick walls and star vaults, the villa consists of a large atrium around which we find a large air-conditioned living room with LED TV, satellite channels, cinema, sports, programs for children, board games, a Wireless Audio speaker , a hi-fi system with CD player, USB port, bluetooth; the well-equipped kitchen with stove, electric oven, dishwasher, a large double-door fridge is directly connected to the outdoor dining area and the indoor dining room, making it easier to cook and serve; in the large hallway we have a workstation for laptop and a comfortable double sofa bed that offers the possibility of accommodation for large families up to a maximum of 10 guests; in the sleeping area there are three bedrooms, one double and two twin (convertible into doubles); the two spacious bathrooms are completely covered and equipped with accessories and crystal shower boxes and eco-friendly courtesy set; the showers are five of which three internal and two external; in each room there are mosquito nets and air conditioning; free wi fi inside and outside.
It is accessed by a main automatic gate: lawn, flowers, bushes of Mediterranean vegetation and tall trees surround the house with a tennis court outside, a wonderful heated 12 x 5 swimming pool with children area and whirlpool area, a wood-burning oven and an external hob; between the pame and the pinewood, three hammocks, 2 Kloris lounges, 6 wooden beds and 4 Kloris beds; to help the psycho-physical well-being the depandance in the garden is equipped with a three-seater infrared sauna and an emotional waterfall shower with a water blade and horizontal water jets with warm lighting, refined aromas and music. From next season 2019 fitness trail in the pine forest and gym area. Guests have at their disposal five bikes and a complete sports equipment to play tennis, basketball, mini volleyball, beach tennis, badminton, bocce, darts, archery for adults and children and five - a - side football.

In June, July, August and September the villa is for exclusive use and the minimum stay is seven days with admission on Saturday. In the remaining months possibility of short stays with entry on any day.
