This cosy three bedroom cottage is located on the outskirts of Terrasson-Lavilledieu, 35 km north from Sarlat and 15 km from the Upper Paleolithic Lascaux Cave. It is incredibly charming and is situated on a spacious plot. It boasts a thoughtfully considered interior, complete with rustic features and comfortable furnishings. Outside is a lovely terrace area with outside swimming pool.

The nearby town of Terrasson-Lavilledieu boasts a rich history and is adorned with beautiful buildings and architecture. Be sure to discover the beautiful Abbey in the city or visit the picturesque Jardins de l'Imaginaire. Chocolate enthusiasts may wish to visit the small chocolate museum. The Périgord Noir is home to dense, dark oak and pine forests that offer plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling.
