Holiday house Carla is located in the area of Porec Cimizin, only 10 minutes from the nearest beach and 10 minutes walking from the city center. The house has been renovated and has a private garden with barbecue and private parking. The owner does not live on the property.
Holiday house Carla for 2-3 persons is located on two floors with a surface area of 125m2.
On the groundfloor there is a furnished kitchen, dining table and livingroom with exit to the terrace and garden with garden furniture, and shower/toilet. On the first floor ther are 2 bedrooms, one of them with double bed and balcony with partial sea view, one with french bed and a bathroom with shower toilet. Air condition and Wireless LAN Internet are available and included in the price. The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and yard are exclusively available to guests.

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand und auch die Altstadt sind nicht weit entfernt (alles in 5-15 min. zu Fuß erreichbar).
    Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!”
