Situated in the charming countryside of central Istria, perfect family vacation. Villa Sany is renovated this year for rent. All rooms are located on first floor of this beatiful holiday house. The villa consist of kitchen with all appliances, living room with sofa and three bedrooms with double beds. Each bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower. There is also one separate toilet. In the outside is a large ( 2000 m2 ) fenced garden with a swimming pool, garden furniture and a covered terrace with a table for up to 8 people. In one part of nice cultivated garden there is a summer kitchen with grill and sitting garniture. Villa Sany is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 3 cars. If you are planning a relaxing holiday in luxury, this is the place to go. Your host is a physician, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, if you have neck, back, hip, knee, or other problems with your movement system, Your host can advise you on how to alleviate your problems, refer you properly doing exercises on the bed / floor as well as in the pool, thus improving your health during your vacation in this beautiful villa..

    “Wie man auf den Bildern schon sehen kann, ist dieses Haus ein Traum. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder und ein Hund und alle waren begeistert. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß. Der Pool war der Hammer. Leider machte das Wetter nicht ganz mit aber das machte nicht viel aus. Somit konnten wir uns die Städte Istriens anschauen und da wir ja im Herzen Istriens waren, hatten wir es nicht weit

    Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Sie halfen uns dinge zu besorgen wie selbstgemachten Honig oder den berühmten Schnaps =)

    Wir sind jedes Jahr in einem Haus aber solche tolle und nette Vermieter hatten wir noch nie.”
