The villa is located at the famous area of Ladiko which is only 2klm away from Faliraki and only 1klm away from the favorite beach of Antony Quin and Ladiko Bay.
Its situated in a quite country side area and its part of a small boutique style traditional unit of villas.
A car or scooter is needed for transport.
The ground floor is about 200 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV,couch and dinning room.
There is also a guests wc next to the main entrance and 2 main bathrooms with shower and one of them has a bath too.
There are 3 bedrooms in total were the main bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom and walk in wardrope. The view from the bed is garden view.
The second room has 2 bunkbeds and the third bedroom 2 single beds. All rooms have garden view.
Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area.
The outdoor area has a bbq and dinning table, outdoor fridge which guest can have all their drinks in while enjoying a dinner outside.
Living area and sun beds by the pool.
An outdoor wc as well as a shower is available.
Beautifull large garden with fruit garden were guests can enjoy harvest. Grapes, fig trees, olive trees and pomengrant trees.
Also kids and grown ups can enjoy the grass garden to play family games.
