Villa Laura è direttamente sul mare con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia

Direttamente sul mare, l'appartamento si trova al piano terra di una villa bifamiliare a due piani. Dispone di un'ampia terrazza, attrezzata con tavoli, sedie, lettini e tenda parasole, dalla quale si gode un panorama mozzafiato. Vedere il sole tramontare sullo Stromboli mentre si sorseggia un aperitivo o si cena in terrazza non ha prezzo.

L'appartamento è costituito da tre camere da letto, matrimoniali o doppie; dispone di tre bagni, completi di doccia e bidè, un ampio soggiorno, una grande cucina, una zona lavanderia e un ripostiglio.

Il soggiorno, totalmente affacciato sulla terrazza, è attrezzato con divani, TV, madia, nonché tavolo e sedie da pranzo.

La cucina comprende frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, ecc. Completa il tutto un ripostiglio con asse e ferro da stiro e aspirapolvere.

A disposizione degli ospiti anche un'ampia terrazza solarium con doccia a ridosso della spiaggia e il parcheggio gratuito sulla strada privata che dà accesso alla casa.

Villa Laura si trova a circa 5 km dall'uscita Pizzo dell'autostrada A2 "del Mediterraneo" e a circa 2,7 km dal centro storico della città.

La cittadina di Pizzo (VV) è facilmente raggiungibile, oltre che in auto, mediante l'aeroporto internazionale di Lamezia Terme, sito a circa 27 km, e col treno presso le stazioni ferroviarie di Vibo-Pizzo o di Pizzo Marina.

Gli ospiti sono pregati di comunicare in anticipo l'orario previsto di arrivo, il loro numero e la combinazione desiderata dei letti.



L'appartamento, di circa 100 mq, è composto dalle seguenti stanze: un soggiorno/pranzo (vista mare) con TV a schermo piatto, divani e poltrone e tavolo da pranzo; una cucina comunicante col soggiorno completamente attrezzata con fornelli, forno, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con freezer; angolo lavanderia con lavatrice; una camera da letto (vista mare) con letto matrimoniale e armadio; ripostiglio; seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli e armadio; terza camera da letto con divano a due letti e armadio; bagno di servizio con doccia e bidè, ampio bagno padronale con doccia e bidè. Ceramiche in stile mediterraneo (di Vietri). L'ampio terrazzo, accessibile dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto, si affaccia direttamente sul mare ed è attrezzato con tende da sole, tavolo e sedie, sdraio e lettini e divani.



Terrazza privata molto ampia con mobili da giardino attrezzata anche per la consumazione dei pasti. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una terrazza/solarium sulla spiaggia attrezzata con ombrelloni, lettini e doccia. La proprietà è recintata con cancelli lato strada e lato mare,. La strada di accesso alla villa è privata e protetta con sbarra sollevabile elettrica.



Gli ospiti potranno accedere alla spiaggia mediante la scala privata che collega direttamente la casa. Essi avranno a disposizione anche una terrazza solarium con doccia esterna vicino al mare. I proprietari sono a disposizione degli ospiti per eventuali emergenze



A poche centinaia di metri, raggiungibile anche a piedi lungo il mare, si trova la famosa Chiesetta di Piedigrotta scavata nella roccia. Il paese di Pizzo vi aspetta a 3 km con il suo Castello Murat e la sua piazza-salotto con rinomate gelaterie e vecchie chiese artistiche. In alcuni periodi dell'anno è attivo un servizio navetta gratuito.

    “Wir waren vom 10.-24.Sep. 2018 mit 2 Personen in der Wohnung. Kurz gesagt ein Traum. Direkter am Meer geht nicht, wer das Rauschen des Meeres beim Schlafen nicht verträgt (solls ja geben), ist hier falsch. Sonnenuntergänge vom feinsten und wenn die Luftfeuchtigkeit mitstpiel,t mit Blick auf den Stromboli.
    Die Unterkunft liegt etwas ausserhalb in einer Sackgasse, welche durch eine Schranke abgesperrt ist, parken direkt vor der Tür. Pizzo liegt sehr im Süden Italiens. Wer noch nie dort war, muß ein paar Dinge akzeptieren, die bei uns sicher sehr anders sind, keine Gehwege, keine Radwege, ohne PKW etwas mühsam. Die Bahnstrecke führt am Haus vorbei. Die Züge fahren von ca. 6.00 Uhr bis ca. 22.00 Uhr.
    Für uns waren diese Dinge kein Thema, wir haben einfach die Ruhe (zwischen den Zügen), die schöne Wohnung mit der außerordentlichen Terrasse und das fantastische Meer genossen. Wir sind mit dem PKW angereist, es zieht sich, auch von Süddeutschland aus. Zwei schöne Übernachtungen in der Nähe von Florenz haben die ganze Reise aber sehr angenehm gemacht, auch durch die fantastische italienische Küche jenseits von Pizza und Spaghetti.
    Die Temperaturen waren durchgehend zwischen 28° und 32°. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war durch den fehlenden Wind spürbar hoch, zumal es tatsächlich zweimal kuzr geregnet hat. Sonst Sonne pur. Ideales Urlaubsziel für den Herbst, bestimmt bis Ende Oktober.
    Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das Wasser auch (super klar und sehr angenehm warm), der Strand am Haus ist sehr schön. War ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen wieder!!!”
