The house has a wonderful salt water pool with different depths and a subtle Greek staircase, but this is not the only blue detail that shines in this villa. Because here, attention is paid to every detail, even the facade, which captivates with its panoramic windows that reach up to the ceiling, so it fits perfectly into the landscape. The terrace with a practical sail that acts as an awning as well as a parasol ensure that your skin will briefly move away from the sun when resting on your sun lounger on the green grass or taking a seat on the wooden terrace next to the pool to read your favourite novel and listen to the gentle waves. You can take a position next to the railing and enjoy the distant perspective. As soon as you get hungry, the mobile charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. The excellent outdoor dining table on the terrace is a particularly suitable place to eat.
You will surely also like the spacious and casually designed interior of this modern villa. It awaits you with many subtle design and style details. From the living room, which invites you to relax (with a flat-screen TV, a very modern fireplace and two sofas), you will reach the connected dining room that blends with the open kitchen. For example, a walk through the typically Mediterranean alleys of the small town of Bahía Azul, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, will surely make you forget your everyday worries, as well as a 5-minute walk down to the sea. Although the villa is located in a residential area and near the Ma-6014, it is wonderfully quiet. The whole area is known for being a guarantee of relaxation and offering dreamlike views of the capital's promenade and the open sea. The water is usually beautifully transparent and is perfect for all kinds of water sports, such as diving. And there are many other beaches in the area, the beautiful Es Trenc beach and the Sa Rapita beach are about 15-20 minutes away by car. The quiet Cala Pi bay is about 15 km away. Those who prefer a more lively atmosphere can drive about 10 minutes to reach Playa de Palma in Arenal or Can Pastilla. And for all those who don't love the water, the nearby towns offer plenty of opportunities for shopping and sports. It only takes about 25 minutes by car to reach Llucjamor for a wide experience like a visit to the weekly market or dinner in a restaurant. - The air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
Booking Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit of 700 Euros (in cash) upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.
- In this villa, there are 2 Baby Sets consisting of two cots and two highchairs available upon request.
- Extra electricity costs: up to 250 kWh of electricity consumption is included. If this consumption is exceeded, the difference must be paid in cash (0.32€ / kWh).
