The spacious terrace with barbecue invites you to spend sociable evenings, while the well-kept garden and the wonderful swimming pool with sea views offer the perfect place to relax. An outdoor shower provides additional refreshment on warm summer days.A private parking space is available for guests directly on the property. Pets are welcome and can be brought for a fee of 10.00 euros per day. Air conditioning and WiFi are included in the price, so both comfort and digital amenities are guaranteed.The "Villa Olivenbaum" is the ideal retreat for anyone looking for peace and relaxation without having to forego the luxury of their own pool and proximity to the sea.The outside area:The lovely outside area includes a nice terrace with grill, a well-kept garden and a beautiful swimming pool with sea views.The pool is in operation in the period from 19.04.-25.10.The ground floor:On the ground floor of the house there is a nice living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bedroom.The 1st floor:On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.CULTURE:Nearby is the small island of Kosljun with its famous Franciscan monastery, which you can visit on a tourist ship.Note - Please note that the travel amount for this villa must be paid before arrival.
