This part of a two-family house on three floors, surrounded by woods and meadows, is located in the beautiful countryside on the border between the Dolomites of Belluno and the Dolomites of Trentino, 24 km from Feltre and 21 km from Castello Tesino. The house is located in the small mountain village of San Donato, which is reached by a narrow and winding road through the woods for 8 km. From the house you can make excursions on foot or by mountain bike along the "Tesino Bike" route. There are several bike paths nearby, including the Munich - Venice bike path. In Lamon (8 km) there is a bike and e-bike rental. The offer for ski lovers is very wide: at 20 km the Lagorai with the Broco- Pass with the possibility of skiing, snowboarding, alpine skiing; about 20 km away the area of Monte Avena. During the summer there is canyoning in the valley and the nearby lakes (Corlo at 20 km) offer the possibility of windsurfing, sailing and kite surfing. You should also visit the caves that characterize this area (Grotta dell'Acqua Nera, Grotta of San Donato and Grotta of Castel Tesino). The house is also an excellent starting point for cultural and historical itineraries: Vicenza and Treviso 85 km, Belluno 55 km, Venice 120 km. Gastronomy -lovers can taste excellent local products at various fairs and for beer lovers there is a historic brewery in Pedavena (20 km) with a wide selection of beers. The road leading to the village has an access prohibition sign, but this is limited to certain days to allow bus traffic (Tuesday: 6.30 - 6.55; 13.40 - 14.05; Thursday and Saturday: 8.00 - 8.25; 11.55 -12.20). Unpaved access road (800 m).
