Siofok, 160 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The building is located on the Siófok hill, in a quiet family home environment. No loud events and parties can therefore be held on site. It is important to keep confidentiality! The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire. Stations in different languages.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,3 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of August.
