A beautiful stone-built, ecological, bioclimatic and bioenergetic house, perched on top of a verdant hill of 11,550 square meters of land, 1,800 meters from the sea The location is after the village of Ano Stalos, on a private road with minimal to zero traffic ! The villa is conveniently located 25 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from the city of Chania, 7 minutes from the amazing beach of Stalos. 750 meters from the center of the village of PanoStalos , with 2-3 lovely taverns, and two traditional cafes.\r\nIn the coastal zone of Stalos-Ag. Marina (about 20 minutes on foot), one of the most famous tourist destinations of Chania, there are plenty and of all kinds of shops.

In the second floor is a 48 sqm long floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm, a bedside table, a toilet with a large mirror and a built-in wardrobe.The other bedroom has two single beds. Among them you find a bathroom with shower!There is a large storage room in the basement with wood for the fireplace. a workshop, a washing machine that you are free to use

The exterior space is quite large and spacious, with a breathtaking view of the mountain and the sea, with a dining room on the veranda under a lovely pergola for eight people, next to the pool and near the barbecue. The pool is about 36 square meters, minimum depth 60 centimeters, and a maximum depth of 2.00 m. The operation of the cleaning machine is by solar energy, and the water renewal is regular! In the garden there are plenty of fruit trees and a new plantation of 200 trees of avocados Access to all areas of the house and the property is free. The area is very safe. There are no neighbors and soil morphology prevents unwanted visitors. Wild animals do not exist.
