Whole 14,000 m² of beautiful nature, village idyll and comfort offers you this dreamlike property. At your disposal are two separate cottages with a common courtyard. In one house are the bedrooms, while the other house houses the living and recreation rooms. In addition to the swimming pool and a tennis court, which fit perfectly into the natural surroundings, the pool table, bicycles and board games will ensure hours of fun together. The pool can be transformed into an indoor pool with the help of a sliding roof. Traditional and delicious meals can be prepared on an outdoor fireplace. This quietly located property is the right place to relax and enjoy privacy. In the morning hours a janitor will come by to help you if you wish. Excursions to Lake Peruca, Krka National Park or the city of Sibenik are recommended.

    “Sehr empfehlenswert für ruhige, erholsame Ferien.
    Das wunderschöne Grundstück liegt in Terrassen am Hang, der Pool weit oben, sodass man beim Baden eine herrliche Aussicht genießt. An vielen Stellen, auch am Pool, ist für luftige Schattenplätze gesorgt. Die Außendusche am Pool hat warmes und kaltes Wasser. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und mit hohem Zaun und elektrischem Tor umschlossen. Es gibt auch einen Gemüsegarten, aus dem wir uns bedienen durften. Aufgrund der Hanglage und damit verbundenen Treppen würden wir das Haus für bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen allerdings nicht empfehlen.
    Die beiden Häuser haben rustikalen Charm. Die Möblierung ist einfach aber solide, die sonstige Ausstattung ausgezeichnet: alle Räume haben Klimaanlagen, es gibt Internetzugang über WLAN, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine funktionieren prima, die zahlreichen Fernseher haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Ein DVD-Player war nicht vorhanden.
    Ein Hinweis, der für uns aus der Hausbeschreibung so nicht zu sehen war: Das Haus mit den Schlafzimmern ist in zwei Quasi-Wohnungen unterteilt, die man nur über die Außentreppen erreichen kann. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern vielleicht ungünstig, für uns mit Jugendlichen gut. Die obere Wohnung hat ein Doppelzimmer, ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten und Schlafcouch und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne + Duschvorhang und der Waschmaschine. Die untere Wohnung hat 2 Betten, eine wohnzimmermäßige Couchecke und ein Bad mit Dusche (Sie riecht ein bisschen feucht, ist aber angenehm kühl).”
