This holiday house is an 18th century farm house, the property has the typical Mallorcan vegetation such as almond, wild olive trees and "algarrobos".The 200 m2 two story house for 5/6 people was fully renovated in 2012. It is away from the road, ensuring peace and quietness.Being an ecofriendly house AC is not available, we have fans but being a typical old house has very thick walls which help to maaintain the house cool enough.IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BRING ANY KIND OF PORTABLE AC .THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 AS THE POOL IS NOT FENCED.

The house has three bedrooms, furnished with double beds 1,80 x 2.00.There are 2 bathrooms one downstairs with a bath and the other one upstairs with a shower.The spacious kitchen offers a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker.Washing machine, iron and Internet access are also available.

At the back of the house there is a covered terrace with garden furniture, some hammocks, as well as the pool and a gas BBQ.

The house is only 4 km away from Llucmajor, about 25 minutes to Palma and the airport.The nearest beaches are El Arenal, Es Trenc and Cala Pi about 15m away by car.Golf Courses: Marriot Son Antem is the nearest golf course about 15 m. away.In the surrounding area one can find the mountain of Randa, well known for hiking and cycling.
