Holiday home close to the beaches in Audierne in Brittany

The property is situated close to many sandy beaches and not far from the village of Esquibien with its typical church and cobbled streets, a hotel, a bar... Nearby can be found a swimming pool/leisure pool, a bakers and 2 supermarkets. It is very suitable for cycling, boating, fishing, sailing, canoeing and walking.

The house is very close to Audierne with its fishing port and marina and it boasts a superb Saturday market which mustn't be missed. Just 40 minutes' drive away is the ancient city of Quimper with its magnificent cathedral, many bars, walks and shops. Also, 25 minutes' away can be found the town of Douarnenez with its famous maritime museum and port.

A bus stop is located near the house, in Esquibien (just five minutes walk)

The house is perfect for peoples who appreciate authentic brittany.

Large enclosed garden (1000m²) with fruit trees, facing south and not overlooked. Wooden terrace, garden furniture. No joint ownership with the neighborhood, independent house.

The house can also be rented with the ground floor alone (1 bedroom), especially for couples. A dedicated announcement is published on the site.

Neighborhood appreciated for its calm, little traffic. The house does not overlook the coast but is a little set back, at an ideal distance from the shops, the port of Audierne, the beaches and the road to the Pointe du Raz. Accepted animals. For parking, there is a dedicated parking lot in the property

Trez Goarem beach at about 2500 m. Accessible by bike. Trescadec beach at about 2000 m. Port d'Audierne and Goyen river at about 2000 m. Lidl, Leclerc, Bakery, Fish smokehouse within 1000 m. Laundromats at the port or Leclerc. Bus to Audierne Quimper at 300m. Pointe du Raz 15 minutes by car.

    “Très propre, bien équipé, seuls manquent : un grille pain et un tancarville à linge (le fil à linge était à l'ombre, à notre retour, en soirée, de nos randos quotidiennes). Le parasol serait à remplacer : 2 baleines bien tordues. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir trouvé à notre arrivée des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle, un peu de PQ, un peu de charbon de bois, ... de quoi commencer notre séjour, avant le ravitaillement sur place.
    Le jardin et la terrasse situé à l'arrière de la maison, orienté sud, est agréable.
    Bien situé pour rayonner sur la partie du GR34 de Plozevet à Beuzec Cap Sizun. Nous avions 1 véhicule pour aller à notre point de départ le matin et avons fait appel à un taxi pour le transfert de notre point d'arrivée à notre voiture au point de départ : coût moyen par jour 20 euros pour 2 personnes.”

    “Vorzeitig abgereist! Sehr schmutzig, muffiger Gestank überall. Dusche und Toilette ist umbeschreibbar widerlich. Wohl deshalb findet man auch keiner Bilder in der Anzeige. Finger weg...”
