Domaso Surfview - lovely holiday home

Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment in Domaso. The 100 sqm apartment, built in 2017, is located on a quiet backroad, 500m from the main beach. Our home is ideally situated to make the most of the best of Domaso, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, or simply enjoying the natural pleasures of the lake, mountains, sunshine by day and stars at night.

There are stunning views over Lake Como and the mountains and a private pool The holiday home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. The main bedroom has an airconditioning unit.

There are two balconies with stunning views over the lake and mountains. There is a modern kitchen with a large refrigerator, induction cooker, and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs. There is also a comfortable sofa bed downstairs.

There is secure parking in a lockup garage guarded by an electronic gate, and a lift from the garage directly up to the apartment. The main Domaso road and camping area can't be heard, just the waterfall, birds and the occasional cock crowing in the morning

Nearby sports facilities include mountain climbing, football areas, canoeing, mountainbiking, paragliding, bike tours, riding possibilities, rowing, windsurfing, tennis, water skiing, Sailing
Important notes:

- Our tourist license is restricted to two adults ( plus children ) - and we will need to register your details with the local Police.

- The pool is shared with the five adjoining holiday homes.

- Please contact the owner at least a week before arriving to organise key hand over - we aim to meet you on arrival, depending on your arrival time

    “Positiv: Lots of space for a family
    Peaceful location away from the main road
    Beautiful view of the lake and mountains
    Felt very comfortable
    Bathtab and shower to chose from Negativ: Check in via lock box, but worked out ok Restaurant: Sushi Colico - Very nice restaurant, friendly service, tasty food, good price!”

    “Würden nie mehr da buchen,
    und erst recht keinen empfehlen. Die Unterkunft war auf jeden Fall überteuert. Positiv: Der Ausblick vom Balkon, die Garage fürs Auto und die Nähe zum Ort. Negativ: Wir haben keine Gemeinschaftsunterkunft gebucht ( 6 Parteien) Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig, der Pool wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt,in der letzte Woche konnten wir nicht mehr Baden, da sehr unsauber.”

    “Dear Family

    We are so sorry you were disappointed with your stay in our family holiday home.
    I understand you expected exclusive use of the swimming pool, and didn’t like other people using the pool – the e-domozil.ch website does show we have a “shared use” swimming pool in our private grounds. But perhaps you came through a search portal which did not show this detail. I have requested e-domozil not to distribute our property to other platforms, to avoid this in the future.
    The furnishing in our apartment is new, the property having been built in 2017, including new beds, kitchen, shower, tables chairs. I am sorry these did not meet your standards, no other customer felt that way.
    The apartment was spotless on your arrival, and the pool is cleaned by a professional firm each weekend. Sorry there is no daily apartment servicing or towel changing service, but that is normal for a holiday home.
    And finally to the the price – ours is a family friendly holiday house sleeping six, but you booked for only two people, leaving one bedroom unused. Clearly a smaller property or hotel room would have been cheaper for you.
