5 min walk to Sacré Coeur & artist's Place du Tertre, 10 min to Pigalle, 15 min by metro to the very historical center. The famous antiques/fleamarket Marché de Clignancourt is quite close, as well as the exotic oriental Marché De Jean. Bistros, coffeshops, brasseries, restaurants, night clubs, romantic walks... Shopping!
Taxistand, 2 different subway lines at 2 minutes distance each, 6 bus lines, Montmartrobus vis-à-vis. About 1 hour from both main Paris airports, by subway & bus. 2 main train stations (GdN and GdE) respectively 10 or 12 mins away.
Direct access to rue Ramey, but rather quiet and bright, and with a large bay window.
Living area 23 m2, with visually separate alcove and low mezzanine containing 2 standard double beds. Folding bed for the eventual 5th pers.
Relatively large kitchen, fully equipped with gas, microwave, etc. Bathroom with tub, linen & towls, iron, etc. Washing machine. Small TV, TV DVD, HiFi, ADSL. Lots of storage space.

- Children are welcome, but the studio is NOT specially equipped NEITHER safety-proofed for little kids!
- A parking space right in the house can be rented for you (18eu/day) – it is not always guaranteed, so please ask beforehand/on time.
- Animals are mostly accepted, but please ask before! There will be a little extra-fee due upon arrival.
- Flexible Cleaning Policy, just ask.
- Extra-rules do apply for extreme Check-Ins & Outs, please ask before!

If you don't feel like cleaning, we can do it for you - the fee will depend on the degree of cleaning necessary (20 eu min.). Otherwise, all objects have to be put back in their original places.We do the rest: laundry, vacuum cleaning, garbage removal, window cleaning, etc.
