This beautiful villa has a dreamy location, first line to the wonderful beach of Playa de Muro a residential zone in Bahia de Alcudia.
The house is very spacious and offers spectacular views to the sea, the majestic mountains and crystal clear waters. The best part of this house is its location, leading directly to the best beach in Mallorca, Playa de Muro, considered the third best beach in Spain and just in front of your house!!
This property has two levels with heating and air conditioning throughout.
The house is accessed via the main road Carrer Nautilus or by the beach through a garden access to a terrace furnished with a comfy sofa and dining table with chairs. The basement floor has an open plan kitchen with all the utensils you may need, a living room and one bedroom.
On the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom equipped with a large double bed and another double bedroom, both with wardrobes. Both bedrooms have a glass door which leads straight to the big terrace with the best views you can imagine ove the Alcudia bay.
The property is surrounded by pine trees and situated in a quiet family tourism area. In this residential area, restaurants, local shops, supermarkets, chemistry, doctor, etc. are at a walking distance.
'Playa de Muro' is famous due to the white sand and dunes and the main thing is that it is the best choice for families with children or those who are looking for relax and enjoy nature or water sports.
This residential zone is situated in a wide fine sand beach more than 11 km long inside the Natural Parc of S'Albufera, UNESCO World Heritage Site, is to explore well by bike or on foot . The beach drops off very flat, so for families with (small) children are particularly suitable. The infrastructure is in line Standard: supermarkets, restaurants, buses are Mallorcas/Palma- in all regions is just minutes away on foot. Alcudia, with its historical core and the Roman Amphitheatre is easily reached by shuttle bus weekly market worth seeing! Car rentals are plentiful on the ground! We tried to answer all possible questions that may arise before the stay, so please READ CAREFULLY.
The maximum capacity of the house is 6 adults + 1 baby.
Bed linen and towels are included. One pool towel per person is also included.
Extra linens can be rented with advance notice.
Check in & out.
The check in will be after 16:00.
Check out will be before 10:00.
Early check in and late check out always welcome, if it is posible. Please ask in advance.
Late arrivals after 20:00h and early check outs before 07:00h: SELF CHECK IN/OUT, with a safe box and a code.
Smoking:
Please, we beg you that you do not smoke inside the houses, we can provide ashtrays to be placed outside.
A/C.
A/C cannot be left switched on while guests are out of the property.
Babies:
One baby cot and high chair is included in the price.
Hiring an extra baby pack has a cost of 15€/day.
B.B.Q.:
There is barbecue for guests disposal.
Keys
You are provided with two sets of keys for your house, which include a key to the gate. Please guard these keys carefully and make sure to lock your house when leaving and each night before going to sleep. If you lose these keys the cost will be 50€ . We also advise you to close and lock your windows as well if on the ground floor especially.
Ironing board and iron are included.
WiFi:
The password is written in the guest book.
W.C.
Please do not throw into the WC things that could clog the pipe. Pipes collapse due to wc towels will be charged according to the plumber's bill.
Water / Electricity:
We ask cooperation in saving electricity and water as it is a scarce commodity in Mallorca and so we must not waste it.
The electricity is charged at 0,20€ per Kwh.
Drinking Water:
Tap water is potable but we all drink bottled water, we recommend to our guest to use only tap water for cooking and personal hygiene.
Cleaning.
Final cleaning
A cleaning is included at the end of your stay. This is a hygienic cleaning and does not include rearranging of inventoy, dishes or trash.
In case there is garbage anywhere, dirty kitchen or the house is found in a pure mess, the traveller will be charged 30€ for any extra hour our cleaning team will expend rearranging the mess.
If you want extra cleaning during your stay you can ask us and we’ll arrange it for you (15€/hour).
The guests shall not (nor allow others to) cause nuisance or annoyance to the renter, other tenants or any neighbors.
Between 23:00h and 08:00h silence is mandatory.
And for the remaining hours the respect to the neighbors is essential (loud music, screaming, etc…).
