We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

This tasteful holiday apartment is located in an old Fischerhaus (traditional former house of fishermen of Travemünde) in the centre of Travemünde. Also the apartments the "Oberdeck" (3 persons) and the room "Kleine Kajüte" (2 persons) are also belonging to this house, which also can be booked, if available for 4 persons. The distance to the the harbor of Travemünde is only a few metres. The beach or the next shopping facilities are in a few minutes walking distance, also the trainstation and bus stops.

The apartment "Captains Quarters" (partly renovated) is for 4 persons, with two bedrooms, each equipped with one double bed (1 bedroom as a pass-through room, but a door leads from the back bedroom through the house entrance hallway to the vacation home main entrance): one bedroom towards the living room (2,00 x 1,40m), another bedroom towards the street (2,00 x 1,60m), shower bath with floor heating, well sized kitchen with big dining area and built in dishwasher, microwave and baking oven, living room with fireplace for leisure times (fire wood on request, please kindly ask the owner). All rooms are equipped with LCD/cable TV. On the terraces with garden furniture you can relax and have a barbecue (barbeque grill available). Washing machine and dryer only on request and for longer stays. Baby bed, cart and high chair (Triptrap) for guest’s use. Free WIFI.

Conditions:
Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and parking place are inclusive. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking in the apartment (smoking is possible outside). WIFI (access key you will get directly from the owner). Bicycles parking on the property, behind the house. Cozy and comfortable sauna for use on request. Washing machine and dryer only on request and for longer stays available.

With a stay of 3-6 nights there will be an extra charge. Also there will be an extra energy flat rate of € 5.00 per day. These extra charges are already inclusive the total.

Attention: Due to construction site, the way to the appartment is only possible via "Auf dem Baggersand 28a, next to the fire department from 21 st of November 2022 onwards.

The way to the parking place:
Please return back to the Torstraße towards Lübeck (crossroad REWE). At the traffic light go straight ahead. At about 20m behind this traffic light turn left into a small street (opposite side is the entrance to the REWE supermarket parking place). This small and narrow street, a sandy way, you have to follow to the end ( dead end) . Attention: Please fold up your side mirrors of the car! Please also drive slowly and carefully. At the end is located the parking place only for the Haus Piccolo. The way back to the Torstraße is next to the neighbour's property, along the Volksbank, through a gateway towards the Torstraße. From the parking place you will also come to the terrace of the apartment "Captains Quarter".

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da wir nur drei Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht haben. Für zwei Wochen oder mehr währen die Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht so schön gewesen. Positiv: Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert.
    Frische Blümchen und Obst stand auf dem Küchentisch. Der erste Eindruck war wirklich sehr gut. Negativ: Weniger gut fanden wir leider die Betten. Das Bett im äußerem Zimmer quietschte bei jeder Bewegung dermaßen laut, dass man sich kaum traute sich umzudrehen. Die Matratze des Bettes im Durchgangszimmer war so weich, dass man gleich das Gefühl hatte, man liegt auf dem Lattenrost.”

    “Als Wiederholungstäter (wir waren schon mal in dieser Unterkunft) immer wieder gerne und wir haben unseren nächsten Aufenthalt schon angekündigt. Positiv: zentrale Lage, gute praktische Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, Vermieter bei Problemen sofort telefonisch erreichbar, Fahrradverleih durch den Vermieter, Waschmaschinen- und Trocknergebrauch ohne Probleme
    Willkommensgeschenk in der Ferienwohnung, Prospekte für Exkursionen oder Veranstaltungen
    in der Umgebung in der Umgebung , Sonnenterrasse mit Markise und Gartenmöbel , also Fazit : wir kommen gerne wieder, waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Negativ: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Restaurant: Restaurant CASABLANCA - Casablanca ; Italienisches Restaurant, sehr sauber, sehr aufmerksam, sehr gute Speisen , Preis-Leistung auch gut Ausflüge: Bauer Karl - Bauernhof mit viel Dingen rund um die Erdbeere”
