From here, you can embark on wonderful excursions and hikes in the region. All the city facilities such as the Alpspitz-Bade-Center, the Alpspitzbahn, and also the town center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. You will also find a bakery just a 5-minute walk away where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, even on Sundays.

The tastefully furnished 1-room apartment (40 sqm, 3***DTV) in the newly converted attic offers space for up to 2 adults. The combined living/sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.80m x 2.00m). A sofa bed in the living area is suitable for up to 2 children (children under 6 years: €10 per child/day, each additional person over 6 years: €15 per person/day). A baby cot and high chair are also available upon request. The kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator/freezer, 4-plate electric stove, oven, coffee machine, and other amenities for your convenience. You will also find a cozy dining area as well as satellite TV. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer. A free parking space and WLAN complete the overall picture.

Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the total price. Later cancellations will be charged at 90%. The tourist tax is 2.10 EUR per person/night. For children aged 6 to 15 years, it is 1 EUR per night. Prices per child on the sofa bed: 10 EUR per day, price per additional adult: 15 EUR per day. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed!
