If you’re looking for a location where you have a wide array of tapas bars, restaurants and shops at hand reach from your villa, then this must be your choice. Yet, you will enjoy the quiet ambience of a countryside property and the wonderful views over the impressive gorge of the Higueron river. Inside the villa is spacious, simple and comfortable.

Loction and outside area

The villa is located along the Camino Boticario street, at just 2 minutes’ walk from the well-known Restaurant Virtudes, yet set away from the bustling whitewashed streets of Frigiliana. Here you can perfectly do without a car, since bus stop and taxis are just 150 meter away from the house and will bring you easily to the lovely beaches of Nerja or the many museums in Malaga. From the villa, you can also make lovely hikes through the riverbed of the nearby Rio Higueron or drop in to the countryside west of Frigiliana.

The outside area of the villa includes a spacious sun terrace and a private L-shaped pool (7.5m x 7.5m x 4m; 0.8m – 2.20m deep) to include a separate area for children at the shallow end. Sun loungers are provided. Another terrace, complete with patio furniture and umbrella, is located on a high level and accessible from the living room – it’s the perfect place to have your alfresco diner and enjoy the splendid views over the surrounding countryside. The built-in barbecue area is located next to pool.

Inside and layout

The villa offers comfortable furnishings, although it would benefit of ansince it’s a bit outdated at some points. The villa has the rooms divided over three levels.

GROUND FLOOR (STREET LEVEL)

On the ground floor your will find a spacious living room provided with 2 sofas, a coffee table and satellite TV. The separate dining room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and provided with a dining table, sofa bed, and a wall unit with books for guests to read. The kitchen offers a lot of space and includes a breakfast table, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 rings gas hob, electric oven and a microwave. There is also double bedroom and a shower room with WC on this floor.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor you will find 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a WC with wash basin.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR (POOL LEVEL)

A shower room and the washing machine can be found on the lower ground floor.

Note: A WiFi Internet connection can be provided with a supplement per week.
