The ground floor boasts a living area nicely furbished that enjoys lots of natural light which sliding doors open to the lovely pool area. The spacious, modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining area has direct access to the covered terrace. This floor also boasts two bright twin bedrooms both with access to the terrace -one has en-suite shower-room. There is a separate shower room.The first floor consist of a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a large terrace with views of the sea in the distance and a sunny twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room and access to a small terrace.
The spacious pool and garden area is the ideal spot to relax. At the back of the house we find the pool area with a lovely lawned garden and sun terrace around the large pool (11m x 5m) with sun beds; the best place to enjoy the peaceful summery days. The exterior also offers a barbecue and a covered terrace with views of the pool and garden, a great place to enjoy “al fresco” meals or just relax and read your favourite book.
Air conditioning with a limited and fixed timetable (13:00. - 15:00 & 21:00 - 08:00). Airco living room 13:00-15:00 &19:00-24:00
