In erstklassischer Lage auf der Sonnenterrasse von Lü im Münstertal / Val Müstair abseits der Heerstraße. Mit Rundumblick über das Münstertal. Geniessen Sie die Natur pur mitten in der Biosfera Val Müstair. Erholung wie es im Buche steht.
Sommer: Wander-, Mountainbike-Touren in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Ausflüge ins Tal, zum Nationalpark, ins Engadine oder nach Italien wie Merano - was immer ihnen freude macht. Kinderspielplatz 300 Meter richtung Alp Champatsch
Winter:  Langlauf vor der Türe, oder Alpin-Skifahren auf dem Minschuns: Haus ist an der Piste 12 (Talfahrt vom Skigebiet Minschuns). Schlittelweg/Bahn etwa 100 Meter Richtung Lü.

Parterre: Stube aus antikem Arvenholz und traditionellem Holzofen. Küche und ein Doppelzimmer (Balkonzugang), Dusche/WC. 1.Stock: 3 Doppelzimmer wovon ein Zimmer nur über das zweite Zimmer zugänglich ist.
Heizung: Zentral Heizung via Geothermie Waermepumpe. Küche: Neu Renoviert 2022/2023: Elektroherd, Backofen, Wasserkocher. Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlfach, Espresso Machine (Nespresso). Bad 1. Stock: Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung, WC, Lavabo. 
Grosse Grünfläche ums Haus. Telefon vorhanden: Gebührenpflichtig. Gemeinschaftsspiele vorhanden. Reisebibliothek. Radio. 
Brunnen hinter dem Haus, Gemeindespielplatz 300m entfernt Richtung Alp Champatsch. Neu seit 1.1.2022 sind die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel im Val Muestair in der Gaestekarte inbegriffen. 
Anreise mit ÖV: beachten sie die limitierten Fahrzeiten des Buses von Fuldera auf Lü. (Lü Daint ist etwa 500m von der Lüer Post-Autobushaltestelle entfernt - Endstation).
