The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property. Parking for campers, trailers for motorcycles and others is charged at 15 euros per day

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (8 m x 5 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to the beginning of October.
