Lovely Apartment in Umag with Private Parking and Magnificent View

Spacious 90m2 apartment ideal for families or small groups of friends. Located on the ground floor of a family house in an area of Umag that is highly sought after by tourists. The sandy beaches and bathing facilities are easily reached on foot in a few minutes. At your disposal the garden decorated with flowers and plants equipped with a dining table with benches in the shade where you can spend moments of joy and relaxation in company. Free parking available on the property.

The apartment is located in a family house where 3 other apartments for 2-4 people are rented out. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x190), wardrobe, bedside tables with night lamps, bed linen is provided (weekly change). A bathroom with tub, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, toilet, external window, a service bathroom with washbasin, mirror and toilet. Two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of sitting area with sofa, coffee table, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-fi internet connection. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a crawler area, a stove with three gas burners and an electric plate, an extractor hood, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils kitchen.

At the entrance, the covered terrace furnished with table and 4 chairs. An Istrian stone table with benches is available in the garden where you can spend relaxing moments in peace in the shade.
Free parking on the property. At the back of the house is the tavern with barbecue and dining area available for shared use with the other guests of the house.

* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or when resting in the afternoon,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning, the washing machine and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay.

The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, the supermarket is 500 m away, the restaurant is 200 m away, the promenade is 600 m away.
Located in a prime location near the famous ATP tennis center, where the famous ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been taking place for years. Near the house the children's playground.

Only 400 m away is the Sol Stella Maris tourist village and the station of the tourist train that travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and vice versa.
In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris holiday village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.
